“I was very wary about spending over £4000 on a heat pump and checked reviews of various suppliers. Some had decent ratings, but it was easy to see that the positive 5 star reviews were fake. I checked through Saturn sales all the way to page 10 of reviews, they appeared genuine. I rang them; they answered the phone! They were knowledgeable and I trusted them. The equipment arrived sooner than expected. A bypass kit was missed off the order, but they sent it out the next day. That's the way to run a business and earn a reputation guys. We turned the heat pump on today and it's heating my pool up now. I'm a founder and director, with 280 staff, credit where credit's due, these are guys you can trust. Thank you and well done.”

“I was desperate to find a replacement for my swimming pool pump when it suddenly failed. Of 12 places I tried, 11 had it listed on their website but didn't have it in stock. I tried Saturn as a last-gasp effort to find they had it as a stock item. When I explained my predicament, they packed and shipped it overnight. From phone call to installation the whole experience was over in 18 hours. A brilliant, brilliant customer service. The price was very reasonable, too. I am pleased to call myself a delighted customer. Well done, Saturn.”
