“I was a bit worried to place an order with them, to be honest as never ordered from their website before. But did exceeded my expectations and definitely will order again I the future. After receiving the usual email with the order informations, someone took the time to send an update when the order was dispatched (the same day) and included some other useful information about the delivery. I have received the order the next day with no issues and the quality of the products ordered is very good.”

“I had a fault with my Daikin air conditioner just as the cold winter weather approached and it was unfortunately just out of warranty. The fault was the PCB board, an expensive part to replace. I contacted Saturn sales and spoke to Mr John O Hughes, who kindly contacted Daikin on my behalf and managed to send me the spare part free of charge. He has been greatly helpful in this process and saved me from facing an expensive repair bill. Thank you John, your efforts are greatly appreciated and I would recommend your company to my family and friends.”
