“These boots were my first order and certainly won’t be the last. Once my irder was placed I received several communications regarding the status of my order. My boots arrived promptly and and on opening was more than pleased with the quality, style, fitting and comfortable factor. I was pleased that there was an option for two different calf sizes which has given me the right fit and not ‘baggy’ boots. Thank I’m so looking forward to wearing these boots in the oncoming colder days.”

“My size 4 wide feet unfortunately did not fit your exquisite shoes so I had to return all three pairs with a heavy heart. The website, ordering, refunds and returns process were all first class. They arrived quickly too. I don't have bunions but my feet just get wider as you get to the toes, a bit like flippers, so my toes were squeezed together. Happy to pay for quality and fit but sadly these gorgeous shoes were not for me.”

“The sandals are very stylish but the EEE fit is a bit too roomy for me, despite having wide feet with bunions on both the big and little toe joints (both sides of each foot). I also wonder if I got the sizing right as your sizing chart is confusing. I bought a size 4 which you also class as a size 38, despite all other shoe brands I’ve ever come across classing a size 4 as a 37. An EU 38 would be a UK 5. So now I don’t know if I’ve actually got a 4 or a 5? The length seems ok, possibly a little long but probably not a whole size too long. Maybe your “4/38” is actually a 4.5? 🤔”
