“I have some beautiful dresses, and I like my shoes to be as good as well, and as I have broad feet I find it really hard to get a good fit, I go on a lot of cruises and found that in the evening I could just go to dinner and then back to my cabin, missing out on a lot. But these shoes Ive bought are FANTASTIC.My feet feel so good.Will be buying more ,that's a definite. Thanks to Sargasso & Grey”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughters forthcoming wedding, from first phone call I could not fault the service given. The shoes were delivered so well packaged,and very good quality, unfortunately due to previous foot surgery on my one foot I needed to up the size to get the width. “Having not only huge feet, wide size 9s, but a bunion as well, I am cautious about buying shoes online. However these were so lovely I decided to try. The size 42s I ordered were still too narrow and tight so I reluctantly returned them. Most fabulous customer service. Absolutely no quibble about a refund, but also an offer to try the 43s. These very quickly arrived and fitted very nicely. I am delighted to have a pair of shoes that not only look good, but also are comfy and miraculously make my feet look slim!”

“NOT GOOD! I live in the USA, I ordered a pair of bridal shoes size was too big and it did not look like I wanted in person. The company does not cover International shipping cost OUTSIDE OF UK so my shipping cost to return shoes was $200!!!! So much for gettting my full refund :(”

We were really shocked to learn that the cost of returning the shoes was so high. We contacted Fed-Ex about this but we haven't had a response. Our understanding is that courier prices have risen dramatically due to COVID, resulting in a reduction in air traffic that carries the parcels. In order to resolve this issue, we are now able to offer a local returns address (Miami) for our US customers. For all of our other international customers, we would strongly advise you to purchase shoes via Paypal and to sign up for their free returns service, which offers to cover the cost of returns shipping (T&Cs apply). “Coming from the U.S. where wide fit is not commonly found (and when you do find them, they're typically not a stylish pretty), I was so excited to find Sargasso and Grey when looking for my wedding shoes. I was even more excited about their incredible customer service in helping me find the perfect shoe for two different dresses. Katie was great, shipping was quick, and the shoes are fab quality. Can't wait to wear them for my special day and definitely will be purchasing everyday flats in the future!”
