“Beautiful shoes. I wasn’t sure what size I would be and needed an extra half a size up but absolutely no hassle exchanging them. They arrive beautifully wrapped and have a draw string bag included in the box. Just felt luxurious!”

“These shoes! They are beautiful! From the packaging to the buttery soft suede they’re made of, they are so satisfying. And then, they actually fit! My wide 43 feet simply slip in to these flats like a pair of comfy slippers. Finally, I feel feminine again. Thank you S&G! Xxx”

“Great shoes, great company to deal with! Just received my fabulous shoes having ordered too large a size initially. The returns process was simple and straightforward as was the free exchange - yes, I didn't even have to pay postage for the correct size to be sent to me even though it was my fault. I was kept updated throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and, by the way, the shoes are fabulous - soooo comfortable. Excellent service - thank you!”

“I received my first (and certainly not the last!) order from Sargasso and Grey yesterday. I am delighted with the ankle boots I ordered. As a lady with wide feet and a half size (3.5) it is very difficult to find shoes that fit well and look stylish, and I have finally found a shoe brand that fulfils both. The ankle boots I bought are excellent quality, a great fit, and they look superb. The delivery was very quick, and the customer service was second to none. I am extremely pleased to have found this fabulous company. I can finally walk in comfort and feel like a million dollars! Highly recommended.”

“After years of searching I have found elegant shoes that don’t pinch. I am released from the frumpy granny style shoes I’ve been wearing for years that make any outfit look dowdy . I feel ten years younger, I look ten pounds slimmer, I am wearing heels! “After years of suffering with tight shoes, I have finally found Sargasso & Grey. I ordered 2 pairs with a view to returning at least one pair, I am however, keeping them both as they are so comfortable. “I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a bag for 2 separate events after reading the excellent reviews. Katie made personal contact straight away and I received the order very quickly. The shoes come beautifully packaged and everyone is correct in saying they are so comfortable. I have wide feet and also need to wear orthotics, so buying shoes is a nightmare. These shoes look very elegant and the wider toe box is not at all noticeable, but definitely more comfortable than other wide-fitting shoe brands. Having wasted thousands of pounds on ill-fitting shoes over the years, Sargasso and Grey will be my go-to brand in the future. Unfortunately the second event has since been cancelled, but Katie emailed back (on a Sunday!) to acknowledge and say that there was no problem returning the shoes and bag I had bought for that. Excellent personal service as well as a great product. Grateful thanks!”
