“I have wide feet and bunions. I wish I found this company years ago. I have recently bought sandals, heels and loafers. I have my eye on some others! The service is excellent, packaging is top grade. I haven’t got photos yet!!”

“I am delighted with my Helena court shoes. I didn't really believe the claims that these shoes comfortably fit feet with bunions - but believe me, they DO. Haven't worn heels for years because of bunion-related pain and the fact that wide-fit shoes are always too loose on the heel. I stood up and / or danced in these for several hours at a wedding with no pain, and no worries about my feet slipping out at the heel. The shoes even withstood a large expanse of gravel courtyard (why would a wedding venue instal such an unfriendly surface??). A friend, similarly afflicted in the foot department, tried them on and is currently scouring the Sargasso and Grey website herself. I'll be back for more. I bought three pairs to choose from. The return and refund process for the two that I returned was seamless and quick.”

“A wonderful combination of elegance and comfort. I wore my new shoes at a wedding and for the first time ever, my feet did not hurt at the end of the night. I had to exchange my shoes for a smaller size than usual. The customer service was wonderful and efficient, which made the whole process very easy.”

“Beautiful, elegant shoes - exactly the sort of style I was looking for to wear to my daughter's forthcoming summer wedding. I cannot fault the customer service - S&G were happy for me to order two sizes and didn't mind me returning the wrong size. Plus offered advice for the shoe that seemed a little big on my half-size smaller foot. I'm not used to wearing heels on account of arthritis in my big toe joint, but the shoes I ordered are as a comfortable as I think it possible to get - a little pressure on top of my joint, but bearable for the big day, and I'm sure the leather will soften with further wear. So happy to have found this company - I'll be buying again in the future.”

“I have just purchased my first pair of Lola Wide Fit Court Shoe – Cobalt Blue Suede, and I'm hooked!! Having put them on for a 14.00 wedding ceremony and then finally taking them off at 01:00, having danced the night away...my feet suffered no pain or blisters which is unheard of!! They fitted like a glove and the colour was amazing...just looking through the range in order to purchase the next pair....”

“I normally wear a 4.5 and found I had to have a 4 in the Diana suede court ( delivery was prompt), but everything they say about this brand’s shoes is true. I am a person who has lived in trainers and comfy boots for about the last 5 years and rarely wears a dress because I can never find comfortable shoes. However, as the mother of the bride, I needed smart high heeled shoes and these came to my rescue. Apart from trying on, the first time I wore them was on the ‘big day’ and I survived without blisters and discomfort. So a good investment. Definitely going to look at some of their other styles.”
