“This is the second pair of shoes I have bought from Sargasso and Grey and am again, not disappointed. The shoes are so comfortable, even whilst standing for most of the evening. The suede is very soft and supple, not a hint of a pinch anywhere. Would not hesitate to order again.”

“Beautifully soft leather sandals but unfortunately I had to return them as they were too narrow and also too long. If they had come in an EEE fitting and a size down they probably would have been perfect. But it’s the end of season so stock is understandably limited. Easy returns though. I love S and G shoes.”

“Thank you, thank you Sargasso and Grey! My sandals arrived today, just 3 days after I placed the order ( in the evening). They fit perfectly, the width is great with soft supple leather. They are pretty and have enough of a heel to be dressy but not so high I feel unsafe ! I have been desperate for sandals for holiday evenings and these feel like my Cinderella moment!”

“I was so disappointed that I had to return these shoes they were beautiful and the perfect colour for my outfit however because of the angle at the front they cut into exactly where my bunion is at it’s most prominent. The delivery and return process was faultless however x”

“Beautiful, classy pumps and matching clutch bag. Shoes are comfortable even for my feet, which are very wide. The clutch bag as a hand strap, as advertised, but in addition you can triple up the shoulder strap and use it as a handbag. A pricey website but well worth it in my opinion. Deliver was fast anf problem free. All bags and shoes come with their own cotton storage bag.”

I was nervous, because I'd bought "bunion friendly" shoes before and they were cut right over that part of the foot, and not wide at all, but these are FABULOUS - they're wide and high and yet still lovely to look at. So excited about having pretty shoes again.”

“Beautifully made shoes and clutch in silver. Bought for a works do and wearing with a stunning Hobbs of London black velvet and chiffon neck and sleeve dress. Also wearing Silver by mail earrings. Both soo comfortable and stylish. Thank you, bought gel ball foot and heel pads but won't need them with these shoes.”

“So glad to have found Sargasso and Grey (Clever company name! Just like the eels, I have returned for my second order). Handsome, stylish shoes and the most excellent customer service - rapid, friendly, helpful. Originally, I selected the wrong size, being used to going up at least a half size (or more) to accommodate my wide feet. No need with SG shoe lasts. My real size is the correct one and Katie could not have been more helpful in advising me. The new international return system is very easy and the shoe quality makes the extra shipping and duty payments worthwhile. Thank you, Sargasso and Grey, for making my feet fashionable and happy.”

“Excellent customer service, friendly with a thorough knowledge of the product. My order for Lena shoes was unfortunately not received from yourselves, wh8ch explained the reason I hadn't received them. Jordan, the lady I liaised with was, as said extremely helpful. In addition to not receiving them, you were also out of stock and she kept me updated and dispatched them immediately they were available and I received them in perfect condition the following day. Having recently experienced great difficulty in finding comfortable shoes wide enough, I am not only delighted they fit and are comfortable, but the quality stands out and is excellent. “Sargasso & Grey must be the best company I have ever dealt with. Due to size I ended up requesting a shoe change twice! The staff went out of their way to ensure I got the correct size shoes in time for my daughter's wedding. The shoes are great as well. Look beautiful and elegant and are amazingly comfortable. You certainly get what you pay for but I got a lovely discount which Sargasson & Grey honoured even when I returned the shoes a second time.”

“This is an outstanding company from which to purchase wide shoes. First pair extra wide fitting - lovely soft leather and comfortable. Second pair beautifully made but needed wider to cover two large bunions. Clearly this design not quite so suitable and returned. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“Sadly I had to send the sandals back as they were a little small in length & the bigger size in the colour I wanted wasn’t available, but I must say they were sooo comfy, exactly what I needed for my daughters wedding, I know I could of stayed in them all day so I’m gutted 😢 anyway delivery was quick & I think refunds are being processed at the moment”
