“The staff went above and beyond to help me with a changing I wanted for a bag I’d made myself. Contacting me personally after I left a little note about wanting little D rings to attach. They soon had me sorted and popped everything I needed in the post the next day. Very impressed with the customer service and the good I received were perfect and beautiful. Thank you 😊”

“I love being able to style my bag in so many different ways. All the different pieces are so beautifully made and look and feel very luxurious. You have thought of everything - the key chain that doubles as a strap is my favourite feature - no more scrabbling around in the dark to find my keys. I also love the tassels and the SH logo piece - handy as my initials are also SH!”

“I am now the very proud owner of a Poppy bag. I’m not a backpack kind of gal, but that doesn’t matter with the Poppy - just use one of the straps as a shoulder strap, and bingo! A great size for my laptop and iPad and the added water bottle compartment meets yet another element on my wish list. The detachable Ivy on the front quickly transforms for me into my evening bag, and the mix and match of the Ivy and tassels and accessories means I can transform. So stylish it doesn’t feel like a ‘boring’ work bag 😃”

“Red Dahlia bag What can I say; this bag is just divine! I already own a tan and a storm grey Dahlia and adore them so my husband decided to treat me to a red one for our 15th wedding anniversary. “Love love love my SH bags!! I’ve invested in a Dahlia, a Poppy and a Jessica with my firsts being a Jasmine and Ivy. Of course, it’s addictive!! So have added a couple more Jasmines and Ivys!! The quality is superb with a wonderful selection of styles and colours to choose from. Customer service is fabulous! I’ll be back!!”
