“Really good customer service. I ordered the wrong bag as a gift Bryony was so helpful in arranging for the bag to be picked up the next day and the correct bag being sent. Really nice to deal with a company that has the personal touch”

Plus of course, you can change the look of the bag with the wide range of accessories that are available. My latest purchase is an Olive Poppy. It is simply gorgeous and is the perfect bag for work (laptops, lunch etc) or for a night away. A cover design and I’d like to have Poppy in a range of colours now!”

“What an amazing company! The personal touch of Sarah writing on the cards which came with the bag was a lovely surprise; such attention to detail. The 'Bags of joy' facebook group is inspired. To be honest, I wouldn't have bought the bags without the group, as I needed lots of reassuring that the bgas were worth the money. The group is full of wonderful women who are friendly, welcoming and love their SH bags. Their reviews and photos are what inspired me to spend!”
