“I first heard about this brand from the fashion journalist of The Times who recommended Sarah Haran for tote bags. I'm obsessed by having just the right tote and always looking for the perfect bag that will hold everything but not be too big. Took a look at the site and considered the Michelle. Enjoyed watching the video - there are lots of good videos on the site that allow you to watch Sarah herself show you everything you can do with the bag. I love watching videos like that. She has designed an organiser with lots of pockets that you can slip inside the bag when you're carrying loads of things and need to tuck them away in an orderly way. I put the bag in my shopping bag and left the site. I was dithering about whether to buy the organiser and the bag and then received an email offering me a discount. What could I say? I bought it straightaway. The bag and organiser came very quickly and I was kept well informed about its progress. When the parcel arrived it was beautifully wrapped. And unwrapped, the bag looks terrific. Just like the pictures and the video. What a shame Covid means I can't take it out to enjoy using it. The company has a lovely, friendly feel and are always sending through emails with specials deals and offers. I'd thoroughly recommend it.”

“I first bought a Dahlia 2 in 1 (silver) then added a black strip, black strap, black tassel, black fluffy and extender. I have now bought a Red Ivy with red tassel and a red tartan tassel with long silver chain. I love them!”

“Wow! My purchase of the Dahlia Bloom has arrived and exceeds my expectations. The leather is velvety soft and unlike some other well known brands it has a beautiful lining too. I haven’t had a chance to take it on an outing yet as it is a Christmas gift from my husband so it will remain in its dust bag until Christmas Day other than me having a peek in every so often.”

“I would give 6 stars if I could for the fantastic service I received. I ordered a bag and then realised it was the wrong style. The next morning I phoned Sarah who, unhesitatingly, changed the bag for the one I wanted which I received the following day. Totally brilliant. And I love the bag but it’s put away until Christmas”
