“Took some time to decide on my Michelle organiser tote bag as it is a lot of money for me to spend on a handbag. However, I am thrilled with it and pleased I invested in a beautifully made bag. The leather and quality is so so good. Love the removable organiser insert means the bag can be adapted. Came very quickly too and service is exceptional. Thank you”

“I recently ordered my first bag of joy and now have four! They are beautifully made and I cannot wait to show them off to my friends. I was quite unsure about the Amber Jasmine as I am a blue/grey/back person but I am delighted with it and could quickly see how it will fit into my very neutral wardrobe. “Received a lovely Jasmine bag in Dusty Pink from my amazing friend. Once I looked at the website I just had to get an accessory for it. I bought a beautiful silver and dusty pink leather tassel. “I was absolutely delighted with my purchase of an Off-White Dahila Tote which came as part of an Exclusive Edit deal with additional tan and leopard accessories. It came beautifully boxed in tissue paper. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and leather. They really are luxury products. I am also excited about the many possibilities of wearing the bag and changing the styling by buying additional accessories. Definitely addictive and I will definitely be making further purchases. Excellent Customer Service as well. 5 stars all round.”

“This is my first handbag from Sarah. My bags arrived beautifully packaged in a lovely box all separately wrapped in tissue along with a bag protector. It was very exciting exploring the contents of the box and to my dismay there was a lovely surprise within as my name is Joy I was sent the lovely Heart of Joy Tassel as a little extra. Thank you so much. I absolutely love my bags and all the different combinations I can have with them and the tassels. This will certainly not be my last order and am looking forward to adding to my collection in the future.”

“Just received my tan Dahlia 2in1 bag, burnt orange ivy mini bag and pompon t bar. All lovingly wrapped individually and boxed. A joy to unwrap and amazing quality. I have been playing with the look choices and can create some. Very different looks, and very easy to change about.”
