“The bags (and other items) are of excellent quality and very well thought out - it is impossible not to find something that would work for you. Sarah Haran is hands down one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The customer service is just out of this world. Being a little OCD and thus, pernickety, I cannot emphasise how much I value their ethos and customer service - they really want you to be happy with your purchase - I never feel nervous splashing out on a bag as I know if I get it wrong, Sarah Haran and her wonderful staff will help me get it right.”

“I bought 3 bags from Sarsh Haran. I'm delighted with all of them. I love the Buttery soft leather, stylish designs and accessories (handles, tassels and clip on bars) that allow me to create endless different looks to each bag. I purchased my bags at the event in Paisley last weekend. The attention and service I received from Bryony was second to none! She was delightful and very helpful.”

“I have a number of Sarah Haran bags now. The quality is fantastic and the whole design concept of being able to change elements of the bag to create a whole new look is fabulous! There are 2 other benefits over any other accessory company I have come across; firstly the community of other owners, the Facebook group is a vibrant source of help and great ideas! Secondly, the service is always outstanding, whether it be the speed of delivery or just the fast and friendly responses to emails and queries. I even messed up my VIP order and Megan fixed it for me straight away - even though it was my fault! It is absolutely a company run by women, for women! What’s not to love??”
