“I took a leap of faith and purchased my first Sarah Haran bag. I purchased the Ivy because I thought it would be a good starting point for me. I found the quality to be excellent. Beautiful soft, supple leather. The hardware feels substantial too. I love the concept of being able to add different accessories to change the look of the bag - brilliant! The videos on the website are very informative for this. I would like to add that the customer service I received from using the live chat on the website, all the way to delivery was exceptional.”

“I love my new bags! I got a slightly bigger tote because I know that I always seem to need more for a day out than I can fit in a smaller one. And it is a perfect size, with the sides clipped in to give it a nice shape. The Ivy I got complements it really well and I love just using the Ivy on its own as my "normal" little bag for evenings. I got the silver one so it goes with everything.”

Usual high quality and i love the silver leather work on the webbing to match my silver hardware. “I love my first bag (Dahlia) so I decided to order the Michelle zippered tote. I was looking for a bag with a zipper so things were not at risk of falling out when shoved under an airplane seat. I love the options provided by the Michelle. The bag looks better with its top pinched in (zippers connected on the outside). But if you configure it that way, it is very difficult to get anything in or out of the bag.”
