“Until recently discovering Sarah Haran, I cannot tell you the last time I bought a new purse. Previously I was stuck with the choice of either buying an inexpensive purse made with subpar materials from a sweatshop (which I refuse to do) or a quality used purse from a resale shop unsure if it was fake or real. And with many of the niche luxury designers getting gobbled up by mega parent companies, the quality is just not there to justify buying new anymore. However, thanks to the introduction to SH through Kettlewell, these challenges are now in the past. This brand ticks all the right boxes for me. 1) Ethically made. 2)Premium leather. 3) Versatility. With a tote, a purse and a clutch in my core colors, I can change things up with accessories for any occasion and introduce pops of color without having to have too many purses in my closet. 4) Small business. (not some soulless mega factory corporate brand pretending to be niche) 5) The company stands behind every item for a lifetime. 6) Real customer service located in the UK (Not a customer service farm servicing a million different brands). SH Customer Service cares about their customers because they work for SH. I could go on and on. In short, my search is finally over. Love this brand! Please never change.”
