“I have now got 3 Sarah Haran handbags, together with a clover wristlet. The products are beautiful and I love them. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that stock of some products do seem to be variable. I can understand the difficulties of holding stock for a small company, but the availability of what I would like to buy is not always there. Otherwise, the products and service are excellent.”

“The quality of the Sarah Haran handbag range is incredible. I am really impressed with the colours, design and accessories. The concept is brilliant as it gives daily flexibility to mix and match bags and accessories. I have also joined the vipjoy club which is great, a friendly and kind community with the bonus of earning a free bag each quarter. The team at Sarah Haran are also incredibly supportive and respond to emails very quickly, I can’t praise the service enough. The only negative is I am now permanently saving for my next purchase!”

I incorrectly ordered the wrong hardware colour tassel to the hardware I’d chosen on the bag and the team promptly contacted me to confirm before despatch. Excellent customer service. I’m over the moon with the quality of leather and the colour of the bag is exactly as pictured. I can’t wait until I have a reason to use it.
