“Absolutely love my new silver mini rucksack. It’s really spacious and has lots of internal pickets for organising your stuff. The leather and quality are beautiful. It is so worth the price tag. I bought some additional accessories afterwards as I love the concept of mixing and matching and customising the bags. I thought accessories were very expensive for what they are in comparison to the price bags though. The only real negative was that DPD left my precious parcel at a stranger’s house down the road and I had to go and retrieve it. I was not impressed with that!”

“My order of a Jasmine bag and 3 accessories in a ‘mystery box’ arrived very quickly and was of the very high standard synonymous with this brand. An initial problem with the fulfilment of my order was resolved by first class customer service. A brand to trust!”

“Love Sarah Haran, have a number of bags but I absolutely love the new Rosa in beautiful Sapphire blue. She is a stunner. A compact but roomy, structured bag that comes with a short handle but can be also used cross-body. I will probably wear cross-body with a Sapphire blue webbed strap. I love the River straps. Customer service was excellent as always and prompt delivery. I am looking forward to styling this although I love the monogrammed deco that comes with Rosa❤️💙”

“To be fair to the company i'm going to put this bit at the start, a day after my initial review: I should make it clear that my review is completely based on the marketing / spam. The product itself is lovely and was beautifully wrapped and delivered on time. Original rant: My goodness - after only buying one thing at Christmas i've been absolutely BOMBARDED with spam - sometimes more than one useless mail per day. Even if i liked a given brand and was interested in their products (I'm a husband that only bought it for his wife), i still wouldn't want an email per day. Your marketing/comms team clearly don't have a clue and/or anything useful to do - suggest you find something more productive for them to do. Edit a day later: at least the company tried to contact me the next morning to discuss my review which is admirable, but to ask me to remove my review completely goes against the entire concept of reviews. If everyone only accepted 5-star reviews then how would we differentiate the truly great companies that look after their customers. Yes, the simple response is to unsubscribe but i don't ever remember opting into spam and you're now asking me to spend more of my time to get myself out of something i don't recall getting into...doesn't seem fair. Had you had a sensible approach to marketing i may have stayed subscribed for the next special occasion. If you're confident in your brand then don't subscribe anyone unless they actively request it and see how your DL grows.”

“Im very pleased with my beautiful rucksack, I have been looking for one for a while that has removable straps so you can use it as a handbag and shoulder bag as well. It has plenty of inside pockets for all your items. Although you could clip the straps together to make it crossbody bag ( it would be quite bulky) it would be nice if it came with a separate one for that purpose.”
