“The two letters I ordered were brilliant . On the other hand the personalised sibling video I ordered was very poor quality. I was under the impression that the children's names would be spoken . They weren't. And the video kept referring to one child when I had ordered a sibling one . Disappointed, I won't be ordering that again.”

“I have used you site for a few years now. I have two letters every year for my Grandchildren and they love them. And save them. So please keep on introducing new ones every year, so that they don't have duplicates. I do have a little problem because they write their letters to Santa close to Christmas when we have a posting up the chimney ceremony. As I need to order in advance of this it limits my selection as some of your letters say "thankyou for your letter" and of course I am unable to use these. I like the way you can change certain words in the sentences. So I have managed to adapt the letters to make them more personal to the child Thankyou Roll on Christmas 2025 Sharon Jones”

“I have ordered from Santa Letter Direct multiple years. I usually switch off between a couple different companies, depending on who is on groupon. As my kids have gotten older (teenagers now), SLD has become more of my go to because I can get just a simple letter without all of the extras. This year, I ordered on 12/3 and SLD had it supposedly shipped out on 12/4. Super fast turn around. However, I didn't receive it until after Christmas, 12/26. I am in the USA and it was shipped from Sweden. Had I known it was coming from so far away, I probably wouldn't have ordered, although I've ordered many times previously and this has never happened. I understand the company cannot control the shipping companies and shipping seemed extra slow on everything this year, but this really showed me that this will be my last year doing any Santa letter for my kids. They're now 14 and 16 and didn't really care about it as they have in previous years. Maybe because Christmas was already over and here comes a letter from Santa, after he had supposedly already been here, but it was all just a let down. I would recommend this company to others with younger ones though. I like the designs of the letters and the many options to choose from depending on what your child is into. Great price.”

“I was very happy with the letters, certificates and stickers the children loved them My only problem was that they didn’t arrive until the Monday December 23rd, much to close to Christmas. I thought they would have arrived sooner. I ordered them in early December with the expectation that they would arrive the week before Christmas, not Christmas week. Fortunately the family was not traveling Christmas week or they would not have received them for Christmas.”

“The customised message was such a wonderful addition to the letter and it feels more genuine. Absolutely loved it. And fast delivery too. Just a minor thing, the paper could have been a better quality. Nevertheless I would order again next year 😊”

“We order every year for our girls and never had any issues until this year where the letters themselves were torn. So they were sent with a rip in the top and bottom (no rip in envelopes) which is unfortunate as both girl commented on it. Other than that slight defect we had no issues and lovely.”
