“The Santa letter came as promised but I had to email for the link for the video which also happened last year . Once link sent it was exactly as ordered but disappointing 2 years in a row that I have had to email . I would recommend it but think this issue needs to be sorted out”

“The first letter was delivered late and when arrived was torn and creased. The second arrived late but was in good condition. However the first line was printed over the image and could not be seen, the print quality was very poor and difficult to read and the paper printed on was thin and of poor quality. The concept is great but execution poor.”

“It was ok at the discounted price but I would have been unhappy if I’d paid full price, the letter looked like it had been printed with poor quality ink or slightly faded ink, perhaps the cartridge needed changing, on cheap paper. The “nice list” certificate seemed slightly better quality. Definitely lesson learned for next year as I could have typed the letter and printed it myself as it seems that nothing other than that was done. At the discounted price, I got what I asked for but it all could have been done at home for nothing.”

“My son got literally surprises by the letter. He was over the moon. However, I felt the writing was very light in colour as if the printer ink run out. Otherwise, over all it was good and he told to all his friend about the exciting letter.”

“The letter and accompanying items were good, but the letter said Dear (child's name). Since I had put my child's name as Emmanuel on the form while ordering, the letter should have said Dear Emmanuel.”

“Whilst the content of the letter was super, for the price I expected it would come on quality paper but it was just a regular a4 sheet. I would be far cheaper to create your own content and ask a printer to create”

“Letters ordered at the same time arrived on different dates, so I had to hold one back so one child wasn't left out. The other one was addressed to me not to the child, so i opened it in error. Excitement on eldest daughters face worth it. Youngest not quite sure about letter yet.”

“I have used your Santa letter service for my young grandsons for a few years now, however I was disappointed when the letter arrived for my grandson Sonny began with Dear wonderful( boys name) although all details were correct, especially since Sonny can now read himself😣 and asked why Santa didn’t know his name but knew his brothers.”
