“I’ve been using you for many years. This is the first time I’ve felt let down and disappointed with your service. I ordered a birthday card for my daughter’s birthday, which was on Tuesday 14th January and the card only arrived today! My daughter was asking where her annual birthday card from Father Christmas was, on her Birthday and I didn’t know what to say to her.”

“Writing on letter very small and grayish. My grandson was unable to read it himself, and even his mum struggled.”

“I have used Santa Letter Direct for a number of years but this year was disappointed with the quality. The ink was faded and Santa hadn’t signed the letter off, there was just a big space where it should have been. That said loved the wording options and ability to personalise.”

“Never received the letter in the post, they sent a 2nd letter, and never received that one either. The only good thing is they sent me a digital copy so I could print it out but it's not really the same vibe. Very upsetting.”

“Not great this year…. While all of her things (envelope, nice list certificate, etc) was addressed to her, the letter itself was addressed to: (Child’s Name). Because of who she is, who we are… I told her “Santa ain’t Jesus and his printer/computer probably had a brain fart, so it’s not perfect, but all the details and the certificate is your name, so I GUEEEEESSS you’ll get what you asked for”…. And for the past 3 days I’ve been referring to her as “Child’s Name”, which she scolds “if you keep making fun of him, you’re going on the naughty list and since I look like you, he may confuse us. So you better not put me on the naughty list mommy”…. Then she giggles. I checked it before it was mailed and it said “Child’s Name”, and I reverified and re-entered her name… obviously, everything else had her name.. so I’m pretty disappointed, especially since it should’ve been here the 23rd and only showed up the 1st… which was making her anxious not getting her letter yet. Then it’s addressed like that? 😞”

“The letter is lovely and sounds very personalised. However I edited it and hadn’t noticed it had changed the delivery date. The letter then came to early as I knew I wanted to edit further.”

“Lovely idea but far too expensive for what I received. The letter and certificate both printed on standard lightweight printer paper, not even printed on card or thicker paper. Quality was naff if I'm honest. I have ordered from other company's in previous years which were cheaper and much better quality. I shant return sadly.”
