“The letter came over two weeks after Christmas. I ordered it at the beginning of December and I have not experienced any other delays in my mail or packages delivered. The letter came so late that I had to just throw it in the garbage and not even give it to the girls, what a waste of money! NEVER AGAIN!”

“We requested the Santa letters to be sent on December 21 but none of the 2 I ordered came in the mail on the specified date. In addition, they came after Christmas, and one even came in the mail at the end of January when Christmas was way pass the due time. I wonder if I should save and give it to my daughter for the upcoming Christmas or throw it away? What do you think? Please deliver them on time for the kids this year. Christmas is so magical to them and these letters really would make their days, especially during this hard time they are going through. Thanks!”

“The letter was very nice but didn’t arrive until after the new year. I ordered it almost a month before Christmas. It was mailed too late. It should have been sent out as soon as I ordered it.”

“I ordered two for my two grandsons that live in the same house one received it before Christmas the other one received it after Christmas they were both ordered on the same day so I had to hold both of them until after Christmas and try to explain why it was late so I don’t think I will be using it again-I was not happy this year”

“This is the first time I send out Santa Letter. Guess what very disappointing. It was Christmas and the letter didn’t go out until Mid Jan. This supposed to make the kid surprise Santa letter? And yet it came in Jan. So I am very disappointed with the services.”

“I did not receive my daughter‘s letter until after Christmas. The website even said the letter would arrive the Monday before Christmas which was not true. I was unable to give her the letter because she had already opened her gifts from Santa. The letters were very cute but I was unable to give them to my daughters. Definitely not ordering again.”

“Was very disappointed. Letter was recieved a few days after Christmas. Was ordered on Dec 9th which was plenty of time to send a letter. If they couldn't deliver before then they should have taken my money. Very disappointing!”
