“I was extremely disappointed in your company. My niece, Jacey received her letter 2 weeks after Christmas and my nephew, Peter received his late as well. His sister, Alice never received her letter so Peter was never given his letter. How would it look for one sibling to get a letter from Santa and not the other!”

“The letters that I ordered arrived after Christmas Day, quite a bit after. You shouldn't continue to sell them when it's too late to get them delivered by Christmas. The message to kids is that Santa can't get things done on time, which dispels the whole myth.”

“The Santa letter did not arrive until Jan. 2, very disappointing. The letter itself was super cute but what's the point of a Santa letter in January? Customer service was not helpful at all.”

“Our experience was not good. I ordered our letters on December 5th. One didn’t come till the 24th and the other didn’t come till two weeks after Christmas. 🙁”

“I was very disappointed with them I never received my letters. I finally received them the end of January. When I reached out to them they said that they were mailed. Or that I could print them myself. Horrible service I Will never use them again.”
