“I picked for the letter to be delivered after the 15th as its my sons birthday on the 14th and the latter states his age but is ce over a week early and my son was up set that santa did not even know his age as he had put this on his letter to santa. He know believes that santa duse not even read the letters that kids send.”

“The letters were fine but, I didn't realise, until after ordering, that I had only been given 20% discount even though you were still offering me 50% discount. I have used you for a number of years now and am most upset about this. I have emailed about this but have not had the courtesy of a reply. Richard Howard.”

Hello Richard Thank you for your review and I am so sorry to hear about this. I can see that we replied to your email on the 2nd December it doesn't sound as though you received it. Just to explain you have used the LETTER20 discount code when you placed your order which is why this has happened. If you had used the HALFPRICE code it would have discounted by 50%. If it would help I would be very happy to refund the difference back to you?
