“Letter was posted out and came far too early! I selected a specific date so my son would get it around the time he breaks up from school but it came at the weekend. When I emailed the person who responded wasn’t in the least bit bothered, couldn’t care less. Won’t order again!!”

“Chose date for posting to arrive AFTER my youngests birthday, you chose to send 9 days earlier meaning the info in the letter was incorrect, making him question if it was really from Father Christmas cos if he knows his name, address etc how dud he get his age/birthday wrong; meanwhile his brothers letter due to be sent at same time, 5 days later still hasn't even arrived, so he's upset thinking he's been naughty. All in all you've managed to completely ruin the magic for my 2 sons so cheers for that.”
