“Unfortunately the letter from santa and the letter to santa came in the wrong order so it spoilt it for us. I think it should be set so that it isn't possible for this to happen.”

“You got me again... I fell for the same trick. Last year I ordered the video from Santa, and the audio quality on the name was so poor, you could barely hear it. For example; the video voice was a volume of 10, but when they said my daughter's name, that was at a 1. I contacted them last year, and they reviewed it and responded with yeah, that is not normal, it should be better and I was told I would be refunded (which never happened). This year, I got the email, and thought.. they said last year was just an error, I'll try again this year... WRONG, it's the same crappy recording. Completely not worth the money. The other issue last year was, I ordered the letters from Santa. Both of the letters came after Christmas.... Useless. This year, I thought well, I ordered them later last year... but, I'll order early this year... and here we go again... 1 letter has arrived.... but still no sign of the other one. I should have known better... Don't trust this service.”

“A totally shambolic service. Sent santys reply before kids had a chance to write their letters. No advanced warning despite offering a service whereby you request the date of posting.I asked to be removed from mailing list and this is the third request to write a review??? Well you guys asked for it. Do not waste your money on this ..”
