“When I ordered the site stated order by December 14 to receive by Christmas. Which I did. I am receiving a request for review of something that has not been received. Where is my order? What a disappointment.”

“Very very annoyed and upset that no letter arrived for my grandson as promised for the 22nd dec and did not show up,, a friend told me the same happened to her last year from your company but I still thought I may be lucky as I ordered and payed in plenty of time, I will never order from you again and would definitely not recommend to anyone 🤯”

“I ordered three letter's for my grandchildren. Only two have arrived. I have been liaising with your staff who have said the third will arrive! They have said I will get an email to print the third letter off that has never arrived either! Not happy”

“absolute rubbish order 2 letters every year always have an activity pack included no activity pack included this year turns out I paid £4.99 for a letter what a joke last year I paid £4.99 which included an activity pack. this year the letters arrived unsealed and whatever was inside - if anything apart from the letter had fallen out should have been sealed rip off don't buy £4.99 for a letter and a few stickers”

“I put my order in for a letter and the activity kits for two of my grandkids. I did this 14 days prior to Christmas. The letters and reindeer food etc will not be delivered until Dec 28!! What will the kids do with reindeer food on the 28th?? Why was I even able to place the order of it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas?? This is ridiculous. Regardless of how cute the letters are, if it doesn’t come in time for Christmas, what’s the point?”

“Shitty. I ordered this on 12/11/20. The email Ire is Ed said it’s going to arrive to my mailbox on 12/28/20. Now I understand the Usps has a problem, but this was ordered WAYYY in advance and the other company I’ve ever used ha never had a problem making it arrive BEFORE Christmas. Never again. Don’t even care what is now sent, or all the spamming emails I’ve received to buy more. Never will.”
