“Great in previous years, but this year the letter didn't arrive and the text was never received, even when all the details were correct.”

“I order 2 letters 1 came in time the other didn't but after the numbers email I got a download which was OK but not as good, I finally got the 2nd letter on the 4th Jan. It was more to do with the postal strike”

“I have been using this service for at least 5 - 6 years and on the whole, it is great. I have two grandchildren who do not live in this country, so always worry about the letters sent will arrive. It is therefore a great help, that one can now download the letter from afar assuring the magic of Father Christmas continues. All four of my letters arrived on time. Sadly my Grandchildren have reached the age of "non-Father Christmas believers" but I wish all of you who use the service much joy.”

“The letter was nicely done. The activity pack was not what I expected, I thought it would have more activities and be a little more engaging. Unfortunately, our letter arrived 30 Dec due to the strikes so that added to the disappointment. Will definitely order again but only the letter and well in advance.”

“I have used a different site for Santa letters until this year when I wasn't happy with the options on offer and began searching for another. I have been really pleased with SLD; there were a good selection of letter templates which suited both my 9 and 3 year old; I was pleased with how much personalisation was available and they arrived in good time despite me ordering mid December. I deducted a star because the order process was irritating. There were endless attempts to get you to pay for add ons and even after the order had been made I received emails asking if I wanted to upgrade, please stop that. Lastly, a return address was on the envelope which roused suspicion in our house. I don't know if this can be removed but it's clumsy to have such an address on a letter a child is expecting to come from the North Pole...”

“I buy a letter from santa every year for my son, with the special activity pack and nice list certificate. This is supposed to include a text from santa on Christmas morning. The letter and activity pack were great as usual, so overall happy with it all, however we did not receive the Christmas morning text, so my son wondered why he didn't have his merry Christmas from santa as usual. It's a little thing but it was noticeably missed.”

“Had a bit of trouble with Groupon voucher as it was for 3 letters but sorted out in in end. Most importantly the 3 letters all came same time and that was great. Thank you. Kids were thrilled i must say. Still checking if the door sign is stillthere so Santa won’t miss it 🥹🥹😊”
