“Arrived in a lovely envelope and greatly presented was a bit long for my daughter to be of any interest in it. There also wasn’t a lot to talk about my daughter in the letter to make it more personal”

“I really liked the letters and designs on them and thought the activity package was good however I paid extra for a message from Santa when my l Childs letter arrive but never received it I also paid last year for the same message and never got it then either I put it down to you guys being really busy but not to get it this year either is abit odd”

“My daughter hasn’t opened the letter yet so I can’t comment on that but it was sent out way before I asked for it to be sent. I didn’t want it to be delivered too early as I would be away and didn’t want her receiving it before even writing a letter to Father Christmas. I don’t see the point of asking what date you want it sent if you send it on a different date?”

Hello Lisa Thank you for your message. I am very sorry that you have not yet received your letters. The Royal Mail strikes are unfortunately causing significant delays and there is a backlog of post that is taking longer than we would expect. Your letters have been sent on the 1st December but I have also put a copy in the posting queue to go out tomorrow and created a digital version as backup. I hope that this helps.

“The letter this year was very difficult to edit. I understand it's a template which made it impossible to correct grammatical errors or some punctuation that was needed. I needed to be able to do this in some instances.”
