“I am very disappointed on your company. My letters were supposed to be delivered by 21 Dec and they are still not here. My grandsons will not receive their letters and extras from Santa until AFTER Christmas which defeats the purpose of a Santa letter. I will be asking for a refund along with never ordering from this company again😡”

“Letters were never delivered to either of my children and ordered December 11th which was more than enough time to receive on the promised delivery date of December 21st. Here it is December 23rd and still no letters and now if they do arrive, a lot of good they will do now. So disappointing and disheartening.”
