“Florence never recieved her letter, it was such a disappointment, after going all the way to see Suffolk to see our first Great granddaughter have her first Christmas, and to have that letter put into a memory box, we were not happy”

“Letter never received by recipient. I emailed them and they said leave it a few days. Still no letter They said they would resend the letter. Still no letter arrived. I sent numerous emails and got numerous replies the last one asking me to wait until 25 December still no letter. Not sure if this is a scam. I have no way of knowing. Letter from Santa never came. Just be wary that this could happen to you.”

“Awful. Only received one letter when I was supposed to receive two. Got it the day of Christmas Eve so I wasn’t even able to give it to my son. Hopefully the second letter comes and I’ll make up some excuse as to why they were late.”
