“I would write a decent review if the cards and activity packs had arrived on December 1 as requested. Here it is Dec 6 and nothing has arrived in the mai @ my grandchildren’s home as I paid for. I asked for a response via email from Santa Direct mail 2 days ago and still nothing. Really annoyed to say the least.”

“I have not received the Santa’s list for my son to write to Santa. I have received Santa’s reply which I opened as I thought it was the list. Now my son cannot have the magic of opening his North Pole post. I’m really disappointed with all this.”

“unfortunately your Santa letters has caused nothing but upset children. we have once child age 9 who received there letter last Thursday and i have a very upset 4 year old that is still unset he has spent every night since last Thursday crying himself to bed as he believes his on the naught list as his letter still has not come. we completed both requests on the same day and asked them both to come on the 1st, what a let down”
