“I'm very disappointed that the letters haven't arrived. I'm advised they were posted mid November. One month later and they keep asking is Santa cranky with them as he hasn't replied. My children always look forward to their letter from Santa and I'm afraid this may be the year they are heartbroken that Santa has ignored them entirely by not responding to them. I've sent emails advising they've not been received to no avail.”

“Letter was posted on 8th and expected delivery was meant to be Saturday 12th but my 5 year old daughter still hasn't received her letter. Very disappointed 😞 Order no:BSL901948”

“Letter was posted on dec 8th, due to arrive on dec 12th....it’s now the 15th and STILL no sign of letter! You have the cheek to email me saying that it’s been delivered and to leave a review? Well here’s your review! Absolutely awful service! Would not recommend, I now have a very upset 6 year old.”
