“Have used this company for letters at Christmas and thought it'd be nice to have my daughter receive a first day at school postcard. It never arrived and despite contacting customer service, I haven't heard anything back as of yet. Very disappointed and probably won't use the service again.”

“I am very disappointed, Luka"s birthday was the 19th, and so far as of today 22nd there has been no letter. My advice to your company is to post these letters out at least 2 weeks before their due date as the postal service is so clogged with mail it takes forever to arrive..../If Luka had been told she was getting a letter from Santa, she would have been a very disappointed little girl”

“Yet again there is an error - the email says a 6 yr old card is being sent - she is 5!! And it’s not here and her birthday is tomorrow. Every time you get it wrong, it’s appalling!!”

“The letter my son received had spelling mistakes in it and wasn't in the format that I ordered. Furthermore, I paid for a call from 'Santa' on Christmas day and this didn't occur either. I will never use this service again.”
