“I ordered my letter on the 8th of December, it was meant to arrive by the 19th but unfortunately it has not arrived. This could be due to Royal mail and the Strikes”

“I ordered 3 letters and so far only 2 have arrived. I'm beginning to fear my 3rd child will not getting a letter from Santa this year! :(. I feel so bad for her. And, there is no way to track it so I'm out of luck.”

“My grandson loved his letter from Santa. However I was disappointed because it arrived too early. It is his birthday on 13th December and I had asked for it to be posted on that date so as to separate Christmas and birthday. Unfortunately it arrived before his birthday. I understand about the postal strikes but the same thing happened last year. Why do you ask what date to post it if you are going to ignore it?”

“1st letter arrived lovely. But no 2nd letter which left a little girl very upset. Waited a few days but nothing. I contacted them. They provided a digital copy which used so much ink, but made a little girl very happy. Looking forward to seeing the videos on christmas day”

“The letters were good but the FaceTime video wasn’t great when it says boy it wasn’t easy to understand and also it said keep “off” the good work making it confusing like he was saying you shouldn’t keep it up”

“Unfortunately my daughters letter still hasn’t arrived yet so I haven’t been able to give my son his. I understand that it has been very much out of your control and was very grateful that you then sent me a digital copy for my daughter. I haven’t printed yet as I’m out of coloured ink and the difference in quality would be noted by both children. I know that they have loved the packs in previous years. I will definitely be setting the date for delivery for a lot earlier next year in the event that this happens again.”

“i had a santa letter from you last year so thought i'ld do another one this year but because of the postal strike i've still not received it, its not a problem because my daughter Skye never posted her letter for santa till late either. Never though it might time up just before christmas”
