“Disappointed with letters I'm afraid for 4 reasons... 1 - spelling mistakes 2 - grammar mistakes 3 - letters not worded as expected, in places and 4 - too many choices of letter which, personally, I found confusing. Sorry I won't be using Santa Letter Direct again”

“I was disappointed with the video. I thought Santa's voice wasn't authentic enough. It sounded too scripted. It definitely needs more work to individualise more for the child. It was too long. Simplicity would be better and just a short video showing individual knowledge of the child. should have been more authentic.”

“Unfortunately it took three attempts to get the letter correct,I was sent an email of the letter to proof read which was correct but there was a problem with the drop down box for the age of either months or years ,the letter wasn't checked before it was posted and twice arrived incorrect ,it was only on the third attempt it was correct ,it involved a lot of correspondence between myself and customer service ,I wanted it perfect because it was grandsons first Christmas ,in the end it was but I'm not sure if I would use the service again”

“Ordered 4 letters. Two received theirs on the 23rd but others were not delivered until the 26th. Unacceptable! Also, 3 of the 4 got a Nice List Certificate and other things and one got none of them. Of course the one that got nothing is a brother to them one that got the goodies. He asked his mom why he didn’t get a nice certificate! Not a good thing. I have been trying to contact them and all I have so far is a case number (yipee)! The letters are darling. But the delivery on two of the four was late… Waiting for a response !!”

“Biggest problem: The Santa letter did not arrive until DECEMBER 28TH. Our family celebrates on Christmas Eve...four days later, there's no real point. To be fair, I was notified that the letter had been posted several days earlier, so it MIGHT have been a US Post Office problem...but it makes me very reluctant to try ordering again.”

“THE TWO PACKAGES I RECEIVED. EACH PACKAGE WAS ADDRESSED TO 2 DIFFERENT NAMES. THE SECOND PACKAGE WAS ADDRESSED TO MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND ALL OF THE PERSONALIZATION WAS CORRECT. THE FIRST PACKAGE WAS ADDRESSED TO ME AND ALL OF THE PERSONALIZATION HAD MY NAME. THEREFORE I HAD TO BE VERY CREATIVE AND FIGURE OUT A WAY TO COVER THE INCORRECT NAME AND INSERT MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S NAME. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. ALSO, SINCE THE PACKAGES WERE ADDRESSED TO DIFFERENT NAMES, WAS I CHARGED FOR 2 PACKAGES? I HOPE YOU GET THIS ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT BEFORE NEXT YEAR. IF MY GRANDDAUGHTER WOULD HAVE BEEN WITH ME WHEN I WENT OUT TO GET THE MAIL, SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN DEVASTATED.”
