“I am angry and disappointed. I ordered 2 of these for my kids and neither of them came. They were supposed to be here by Christmas. I am not sure where they ship from but 13 days is more than enough time to get delivered. I received no tracking info so I have no way to tell off it even shipped in the first place. I want my money back the letter was not delivered in the time frame provided.”

“I was so excited for Sean to receive this letter from Santa. He is four years old and I know he would have loved this. The problem is it was never delivered. Very disappointed. Will be asking for charge to be taken off credit card.”

“We didn't get our letter this year! A very dissapointed child! Anna from customer services was good, but unfortunately they put my email address after my child's name on the digital version they done for me as we didn't get the letter! I sent a email explaining but no response! So we are having to print ourselves and tip ex out the email address. This has caused a lot of running around this year. We do understand though that the post has been very busy this year and cant be helped!”

“I haven’t receive my son’s letter! Only email to leave a review. Its sad, Christmas Day today and my surprise from Santa for my little one is not here. Even if the mail man made a mistake, the company could make door delivery.”

“It was supposed to arrive at the beginning of December. It is now Christmas Eve and it still hasn’t arrived. It was also late last year. We won’t be ordering again. Thank you”
