“Really disappointed, letter was due to be sent out in December but arrived a month earlier before the children hadnt wrote their santy letters. Very upsetting that you didnt post as requested. Wont be purchasing again”

“The video was great, but my little girls age didn’t get mentioned it was only my wee boy. I did ask for siblings. As I said the actual video was great. I haven’t showed it to them yet coz I didn’t want my little girl to feel left out.”

“Order gave you the option to set a delivery date. A Christmas book….so we set delivery for 12th December. It arrived first week of November. Explain that to your grandson. Don’t know why we bothered really. Last year we ordered the same book for another grandchild and it arrived mid January. Don’t bother complaining either. Give them a swerve and use other companies.”

“I thought what we wrote on the letter to Santa would be included on our letter from Santa, but I had to go in and edit the letter to include what I wanted. I haven’t even given him the letter as I am so disappointed with it. £7.98 for two letters is so disappointing, next year we just do the free Post Office card or try a different site.”

“I don’t understand where I made mistake or was that your mistake. I was pretty sure that I am ordering letter to Santa first as ever year and then I will have reply from Santa. For some reason I be promoted few times to update my children details on the letter, and that received Santa reply letter first which I did not manage to hide and two days after that the other letter to Santa, which in that case is hidden away as is too late.”
