“it never arrived; and even though it was ordered weeks before christmas it wasn’t scheduled to arrive until the 27th. so i wouldn’t have been able to leave it out on xmas morning for my son anyway. i wasn’t aware it would take so long to arrive until after i paid. i’m really disappointed.”

“I had letters sent to both kidsand only one received. I sent them both at the same time. Needless to say I had a very stressed out little girl thinking she was on the naughty list because she didn’t get a letter! Never again! We still haven’t gotten it 😡”

“Pathetic ordered on 5th December got in contact when my items didnt arrive only to be told people order for next year (rubbish why would anyone do that ) items didnt arrive in time for xmas . Will NEVER use again”

“Very disappointed, never received the letter or play pack that came with it. I hyped this up to my daughter thinking it would arrive and then had to scramble at the last minute to put something else together. Next year I will just come up with something on my own, more reliable. Don't waste your money on this.”
