“Ordered letters for my 5 grand children. 3 of which are in Canada & 2 in the U.S. the Canadian letters took about 2 weeks to arrive while the U.S. letters took an additional week & a half. 3 of the grandkids are still a bit too young to appreciate what a letter from Santa is about but the other 2 were thrilled to get them & made them even more excited for Santa’s arrival on Christmas Eve. I was very pleased with the quality & accuracy of the letters produced. This was my 2nd year ordering the letters & will certainly be planning on ordering again next year.”

“I've used Santa Letter Direct the last few years and it is brilliant. However we are waiting for our letter which we were supposed to receive 3 days and had an email to say what did we think of our letter but we have yet to receive ours, I hope it's on the way 🤞🙏?!”

“Nice letter once again. This is the 3rd year I've used Santa Letter Direct and will continue to do so. I love you can add extras as the children grow along with their belief. Only drawback is grammar in some sentences which don't autocorrect. My Grandson loved his Nice list certificate.”

“Love the letters but I wish I had read through them properly before I'd bought them! Most say that he has received the kids letter to santa... and my kids haven't sent theirs yet haha... I got away with it this time but next time I will really have to double check what is written... instead of just the edit parts!”
