“Thank you for sending the Father Christmas letters to my Granddaughters...Holly Haythornthwaite and Hattie Haythornthwaite........but unfortunately when I emailed yourselves to ask if you had received my order for the girls...you replied that you had only received Hollys and not Hattie.s ...so I applied for Hattie to receive a letter again ......and so today Holly got one letter and Hatt got two letters....please could you get back to me to explain....and could I have a refund for one of Hatties letters...Thank you ...I'll wait to hear back from you ...yours Jean Haythornthwaite..(Grandma)..”

“Loved the letter and so did my daughter only problem we had was that I normally give my daughter her Santa letter on Christmas Eve with her Christmas Eve box however, daughter came in from school and saw the letter which has pictures of santa all over the envelope and naturally ripped it straight open. Maybe should have put said letter inside a plain envelope first.”

“I just received the letters today and found that tge name on address was not correct. My grandchildren live in Dubai and I cannot add their address in their letters so now they can read it’s my address instead of theirs. Kinda spoils the surprise”

“Unfortunately I need to put “3 stars”! Timing was perfect and birthday card as well! But my niece had her 8th (eighth) birthday and she received a card with “ Happy 4th Birthday”!!! I’m using your service a few years and I’m always amazed by your work! But not this time! Sorry !”

“Sadly the card arrived a day late which took away the excitement of it. We just explained that the North Pole is a long way away and he seemed okay with that. The card is very nice otherwise.”

“my 3 grandkids got their birthday cards from Santa. My grandson‘s was late. Did not arrive before his birthday or on his birthday like it said it would he received his Two days later and none of my grandkids received a text message on the day of their birthday, which was promised when I purchased the cards.”
