“I would need to receive them first to be able to provide a review. Ordered on the 11th and posted on 13th. 21st now so hopefully arrive in next couple of days. Appreciate been postal strikes but still taking a long time to be delivered. Fingers crossed arrive pre Christmas.”

“We paid for the letter along with certificate and activity pack, it came before its due date so delivery is pretty fast wich is always great near christmas time. The issue i had when receiving the package was how small it is for the price paid, the activity pack is just an A3 sized peice of paper, with a few things printed on. A pack of stickers, and a door hanger with other cut out items. For £10.99 it really isnt enough to be calling it an activity pack... maybe look at adding or adapting things in the pack in the future.”

“A couple of days after the e-mail to rate Santa letter direct was sent, another e-mail came stating there was going to be a delay in delivery. The delay e-mail came arrived on 12/1/22 and there has not been an update since. When will the letter be deliverd?”

“We have been using you for 6 year and have never have a problem but this year letter should have been send out on the 1st and have still not got it. I have send 2 messages on Facebook and just got ignored where most other people have had a reply”

We would not ignore a customer. I am also sorry that your letter has not arrived. It was posted on 30th November and agree that it should have arrived by now. We value your custom very much. Hello Wendy Thank you for your message. I am very sorry to hear that you have not received this letter. I have checked and it was posted on the 1st December but we are finding the post is delayed due to all the strikes and a big backlog. I have just created a digital version to be used as backup. I hope that this helps.
