“Letters were ordered 11/12/24 with an eta of 11/25/24. It is now 12/2/24 and the letters did not get delivered to the 5 recipients. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered a personalised AI Santa letter and got a standard, short letter without reference to anything I had put in for my daughter. To say she was underwhelmed with the letter would be an understatement! The letter I had designed was totally different so I’m not sure how I’ve ended up with this one. I would like my money back!! I have attached what the letter should have looked like!!”

“Was very disappointed by the video chose a personalised one woth her name and it missed her name and skips when it said you have been a very good girl. I emailed to explain about this to see I could get it redone and didn't receive a reply im just hoping the letter is better”
