“I ordered a set of 2 Santa letters ( grandson & granddaughter). After several email correspondence to confirm my order was complete and being completed. Sadly my grandaughter received hers a week before xmas and my grandson did not receive his until today January 1st. I would suggest that if multiple letters are going to the same household that they are put in the special envelopes from santa but mail them in 1 envelope. This would help so there are NO hard feelings or tears that someone did not receive a special letter:( Donna LaRue”

“I ordered two letters for my kids and only one of them received the letter. I am very disappointment in the fact that both were made out and ordered on the same and day and only one showed up. No word about the other letter. I will never be ordering again from this site due to not receiving products that were paid for and not receiving them on time.”

“Very disappointed. Santa’s message did not correspond with the pictures I sent so it made absolutely no sense. My son now doesn’t believe in Santa. I had asked for the message to me amended in time for Christmas but nothing was done.”

“Very disappointed! I ordered 2 letters on 11/26/21 and received an email saying that they posted on 11/29/21.. My granddaughter got hers on 12/27/21. Today is 12/29/21 and my grandson has yet to receive his. I expect a refund. Needless to say, but we don’t need them now.”

“I’m sorry to say I ordered 2 letters - one arrived other one didn’t . Company said they would issue another letter . Well that letter also never came . So I then paid for another letter and had it sent to my home . It was suppose to arrive 12/22 and today 12/27 still have received nothing . The company did offer me a Digital copy at first I declined but I then took them up on their offer . My granddaughters noticed letter didn’t arrive together plus the difference on the paper . Anyway, I’m not very happy that I spent $15.00 and only one letter came in the mail . Sorry that I’m giving a not favorable review but it’s the facts . I will say customer service did try to help and answered pretty prompt”
