“Despite I purchased a letter at the beginning of December and there were postal strikes. My daughter still did not receive her letter from Santa in time before Christmas.”

“I ordered three of these letters. One for each of my children. All ordered on the same day at the same time. Only one letter arrived. Christmas Eve is the day after tomorrow and my other two have yet to receive their letters from Santa. The other one arrived two weeks ago. I’m sure you can imagine the heartbreak in my other two that they have yet to receive a letter from Santa. I will absolutely never use this company again.”

Hello Donna Thank you for your message. I am sorry that you have not received your letter yet. I can see that might colleague has just replied to your email. Your letter is on route but may have been delayed by the postal strikes unfortunately. I can see that she has just sent a digital version which can be used as backup. I hope that this helps.
