“Absolutely awful. Hounded me until I ordered and then couldn’t even deliver for Christmas. Disappointed child and complete waste of money. Never again.”

“Verrrry disappointed as it is now Dec 25 and NO letters. I told the girls’ mom and dad to just toss the letters IF they ever come. You said they went out Dec 13 and I would think 11 days would have been good enough. Other items ordered from other companies came in good time. It was a good thought - just didn’t work out.”

“Went through all the work of filling out the info, said I would have both letters by Dec 23, but never received anything. Then they send me a "how did we do?" email. Well, pretty terrible. Plus I never received a confirmation email so I don't have order numbers. Poor set up.”

“Our Santa letters were nut received! The order was placed the first few days of December. A confirmation was given stating the delivery would occur well before Christmas It DID NOT HAPPEN! 4 disappointed grandchildren! Very Unhappy grandma! Strongly recommend to NOT use this website”
