Hello Megan Thank you for your review and I am very sorry to hear about this. I have just checked and your letter was sent on the 30th November, the post has been very slow unfortunately due to the UK postal strikes. I have just created a digital version as backup which will be sent over shortly. I hope that this helps.

“Really disappointed, not authentic at all. Will not be using again and wouldn’t recommend. For what we paid paid I’d expected a better quality of paper , and the envelope looked like it was junk mail . All in all not very good.”

Hello Samantha Thank you for your message. I am so sorry to hear this. I have just checked this and I can see that this was posted on the 30th November. We are finding that the Royal Mail postal strikes are causing lots of delays and letters are often taking a couple of weeks to land. Your letter is definitely on it's way, but I have just put another copy in the posting queue to be used as backup. I have also created a digital version which will be sent across shortly. I hope that this helps.

“I haven’t received my order yet, I ordered it in plenty of time, it’s nowhere near the date I ordered it for, I know they had been postal strikes, but we all knew when, so it should of been sent out earlier, will not be ordering again. My children are devastated as they are wondering why they haven’t heard from Santa yet!!!!!!”

Hello Susanna Thank you for your review and I am so sorry to hear that your letters have not arrived yet. I can see that they were posted on the 30th November, unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes have created a big backlog and many letters are taking 2 weeks to arrive at the moment. We send you an estimated delivery date but unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact date. To give that the increased postage cost would hugely increase the price you would need to pay for the letters unfortunately. I have put copies of your letters in the posting queue to be resent and we will also send a digital version as backup. I hope that this helps.
