“We never received our letters”

“I never reviewed the letters. Its is now Christmas eve and and the kids never reviewed any letters. I would like a refund please. “I paid for everything to be received as that's what I always get the letter certificate on nice list activity sheet and text message on Xmas day from Santa. All he got was a letter this year he is so upset. I want this sorted urgently before Xmas day Tracey childs”

“I ordered two letters on 2/12 one of them arrived within a Couple of days and the other was missing. I emailed to enquired where my second one was and was told the address I entered was incomplete. I’m not sure how this happed as I am a repeat customer so all my details where saved. I did not input my address for the first letter however this managed to turn up with no issues. I was told that the problem was resolved and the letter was in the post. Todays date is 21/12 and the second letter is still missing. As a result I cannot give one of my children her letter from Santa and not my other daughter as this will cause upset my other daughter will wonder why she does not have a Letter from Santa. I am currently on my way into work to type and print out a letter from Santa so both my children can receive a letter from Santa . However my letter will not look like the first one. I’m very disappointed.”

“Email stated letters (4) were posted on December 3 and would arrive December 15. Here it is evening of December 20 and no letter delivery yet! I can’t complete the rest of this survey because the letters are still AWOL!”

“Still haven't received the letters. Estimated delivery was over a week ago. No tracking information provided, so there is no way to know what's going on. Selected the earliest shipping/delivery option available and there are now only 5 days until Christmas. If the letters arrive, I'll update the review.”

“Asked for the Santa letters to be sent on 15/12 the day after I had arranged for my children to visit Santa. However the letters arrived early, my children saw the letters and opened them and completely spoilt the moment that I had planned. My son hadn’t even made up a Santa list and there was confusion by him. I then had to try and explain how Santa knew what he wanted. Why ask what date you want the letters to be sent if you don’t adhere to it? I’m pretty upset about this!!”
