“Letters didn’t arrive until after Christmas. One came a few days after Christmas and one arrive mid January. Letters were very cute but never gave them to my children. I understand this is not a normal year so it’s understandable but disappointing. I will try again next year.”

“I was very excited to get the kids this package however we didn’t receive it until after the new year. The kids were so disappointed. Maybe there would have been different reactions if the gifts had arrived on-time before Christmas.”

“Placed an order for two letters to two grandchildren....... one showed up in the mail and the other did not.......if both had not shown would have been better. One child was ecstatic and one child was upset. I contacted the company twice via email as instructed and got no response. At this point I would NEVER do this again given the upset feelings for the one child. I think I will create my own going forward.”
