“I have used Santa Letter Direct every year now since my son was old enough to understand and I have always found them to be really helpful, the delivery dates are always fairly accurate and the variety of designs of letter are really lovely. The new AI feature is amazing and this year's letter was the best by far, it was so personal and really made him smile! The only negative for us is that the activity pack that comes is nearly identical every year which our son has started to comment on, and it would be a lot better if there was maybe different activities depending on the age of the child as they're far too easy now my son is getting older.”

“Delivery was as estimated. Decided to try the AI generated letter and it was perfect. My only criticism is the way in which the letter was formatted, you couldn’t read it very well at the start as it overlapped the picture. So quality check wasn’t really done. Overall though, one very happy child!”

“The letter itself was great. The content was wonderful and included everything wanted. My only criticism was the letter and envelope were made with very thin paper so the letter was easily ripped by an enthusiastic child trying to open the envelope.”
