“Letters were created on December 4th. Expected to arrive and still have not. My children run to the mailbox each day looking and come away with disappointment on their faces. The emails I’m receiving from the company assume the letters have arrived even though they have not. Customer support is less than helpful and when I track the letters they are now expected to arrive December 27 not 18th like originally scheduled. Very disappointed with the entire process and lack of care and support from the company. And emails only are showing 3 out of the 4 letters I created which now makes me nervous that one child will not even receive hers at all”

“Ordered two letters for each of my children at the beginning of December and not received either. I contacted the company and explained I hadn’t received the letters and they said they would said out new copies. Not received them either and it’s been enough time for them to arrive. Very disappointing that my children don’t have their Santa letters and no more time to order elsewhere.”
