“I ordered as the items they provide are brill however the entire reason I placed the order was for the video call and the video message and I payed £44 however once ordered I had to prove the amount paid as they told me I had only paid £28 and the videos I originally wanted were not on the order at all FUMIN!”

“Very disappointed with the Santa letter for my grand daughter to fill in and send back. It looks cheap and cheerful. Not worth the money and the fact that you have to put a stamp on the envelope to send it back is not acceptable.”

“I was sooooo excited to do this for my 5 year old grand-daughter! I ordered it on September 10, 2021 and as of September 25th she NEVER received it. I'm really disappointed. I felt ordering it 2 weeks in advance would have been sufficient in getting there before her birthday. I will NEVER do this again. Sadly.”

“I was so stupid. After waiting and waiting the first time and the "lost in the mail" excuse i thought I would try one more time. What a mistake. Asking for a review and still waiting. And still waiting. I ordered three weeks ago. And still waiting. This was the biggest mistake to try just one more time. I will be expecting a refund. Never, ever again. Still waiting”

“Sadly neither of the back to school postcards I ordered have arrived yet?? To be fair, I have ordered Christmas letters off Santa from yourselves the last couple of years and they have always arrived well in time for Christmas. I can only assume that you have either inadvertently not posted my 2 cards or they're lost in the post.”
